Project Summary
ECS were appointed commissioning specialist on behalf of Ivegate Ltd to oversee and carry out the Testing & Commissioning and Water Treatment/Hygiene for the new national headquarters of Channel 4 located in The Majestic on City Square. Spanning the top three floors of the iconic Leeds building the Channel 4 office will house the broadcasters highly creative digital operation which produces content for distribution across its various platforms, including online and social.
Mechanical services for the prestigious project included Daikin VRF Heating and Cooling, Daikin Heat Recovery Units and new DWS distribution pipework. Overcoming the challenges of a partially occupied building our engineers successfully completed the Testing & Commissioning of all services, on time, within
budget. Resulting in a quality, innovative, BREEAM complaint work environment.
